Cannot record a macro in WordMail or Binder due to buttons not available.
Cause:
The Record, Create and Edit buttons are unavailable in WordMail or Word documents in a Binder. Only Run and Delete are available. This is by design because the Word macro language cannot record all of the commands available in WordMail or Binder.
Solution:
Open Word and create the macro in Word.
1) With the Word document open in Binder, select the 'Section' menu and select 'View Outside'. (The standard Word menu appears.)
2) Create the macro in Word.
3) Switch back to the Binder.
4) Select the 'Tools menu and select 'Macro...'.
5) Select the macro to run from the list box.
6) Click 'Run'.
